The Range Menu Bar

At the top of the screen (in the admin view) is the menu bar with options for File and Help. Clicking a menu item causes its drop-down menu to appear.

File

  • New resets all values to their default settings and removes any courses and/or practice sessions from memory.

  • Open Course opens a window that shows all available courses. Loading a course will replace the current course.

  • Import Course opens a window that will allow you to select a course that has been previously saved with the Export option.

  • Open Practice Session opens a dialog that shows all available practice sessions. Loading a practice session will replace the current practice settings.

  • Save Practice Session As saves all practice settings together (number of lanes, targets, weapons, rules, scenes, etc.) as a practice session that can be loaded later.

  • Exit quits the program. A dialog window asks the user to confirm.

Help

  • Website opens a browser window to the DART http://dartrange.com page.

  • Documentation opens a browser window to the DART http://dartrange.com/help page.

  • About DART MAX opens a dialog with information about the program, version, etc.
