Used by all object types.

Alters the speed of the selected object according to the slider values for Low Percentage and High Percentage.

If both the low and high values are 200%, the object will double its speed of travel. If both values are 50%, the object will travel half as fast. A value of 0% would completely stop the motion of an object. 

Low Percentage

Sets the slowest speed that the selected object’s travel speed may be reduced/increased to.

High Percentage

Sets the highest speed that the selected object’s travel speed may be reduced/increased to.
